If you’re looking to take a deep dive into the performing and visual arts of the local Newark arts community (and honestly, it’s SO worth it), Hear + See: An Immersive Exploration of Art + Sound is the perfect way to do so. Hosted at the Akwaaba Gallery, the event is a beautiful collision and marriage of music and visual arts.

The evening will feature accomplished singer/songwriter Aja Moyé performing originals and reimagined/rearranged jazz, soul and R&B covers directly inspired by one of the pieces in the gallery.
