Timeline of Activities:
10am–5pm – MakerSPACE
An interactive area where kids of all ages play, tinker, and create (self-facilitated).
12 &- 2pm – Planetarium Show: Beyond the Sun
Journey with Celeste and Moon through the Universe to discover rogue planets, oceanic worlds, and super-Earths in their search for exoplanets. Suitable for ages 5+
12–12:45pm – Creative Play: Music
Close your eyes and listen! A rhythmic drumbeat, the twang of a string; join us as we make instruments! Suitable for ages 3–5.
1 &- 3pm – Planetarium Show: Extreme Planets
For centuries, humanity has wondered whether we are alone in the Universe. This show explores what makes a planet “Earth-like” and tours several worlds that just might fit the conditions we’re looking for. Suitable for ages 10+
1–4pm – Science Drop-In: Make a Robot Hand
Think like an engineer as you make and test out your own robotic hand! Suitable for ages 5+
1–4pm – Family Drop-In: Watercolor painting with Salt
Create beautiful waterscapes inspired by your trip memories! Paint with little twist! Suitable for ages 5+
