Led by musician, composer, and mystic Laraaji, this event is all about cultivating serenity and enhancing meditation. This jovial and explorative practice encourages relaxation, minimizes stress and enables us to reconnect with our own Inner Child. People from all backgrounds and age groups are welcome to join, without the need for previous meditation or laughter exposure. Simply bring an open heart and be willing to let go and chuckle. Known for his exceptional proficiency with the hammered dulcimer and zither, Laraaji blends ethereal sounds in a unique and mesmerizing way, surpassing traditional genre boundaries.
