The National R&B Music Society is back with their Summer Concerts at Gardner’s Basin, bringing Atlantic City’s legendary R&B scene to life.

This sun-soaked celebration of rhythm and blues features the city’s most electrifying performers in one unforgettable day of music. From 1:00 PM until 7:30 PM, immerse yourself in the smooth grooves and infectious energy that have defined Atlantic City’s rich musical heritage.

The event will be hosted by Maurice Watts, with music between sets from DJ Howie D.

Local favorites opening this year’s showcase include Special Occasion, who will transport you through decades of musical excellence with their smooth Jazz, Classic R&B/Soul and popular hits spanning the ‘70s to today. Village Bridge, South Jersey’s premier hip hop, soul, R&B and pop band, delivers electrifying covers from the 80s, 90s and 2000s alongside original compositions that guarantee to keep you moving. Completing this powerhouse showcase is Shawn Rock, the acclaimed Hip-Hop artist behind the iconic “Atlantic City Anthem,” bringing hometown pride and urban energy to the basin.
