The Festival only Jersey could handle returns for a third year!

The Prudential presents North to Shore Festival will return in June 2025 to kick off the Garden State summer with another three-city celebration of the arts, entertainment and new ideas.

Conceived by Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy, the Prudential presents North to Shore Festival aims to spotlight New Jersey’s role as a destination for the arts and entertainment and an incubator of new ideas and fresh talent.

Now we’re back!

Launched in 2023, the festival is a unique combination of performances by artists beloved both internationally and in their hometowns. In its first two years, the festival brought in more than $25 million for ticketed events and has drawn a total audience of over 500,000 to more than 650 shows in approximately 250 venues in Newark, Asbury Park and Atlantic City.

The Prudential presents North to Shore Festival will provide exciting and varied programming in Atlantic City, Asbury Park and Newark during its 2025 season. This includes concert events and community based initiatives in Newark and Asbury Park from June 14 – 29. Prudential presents North to Shore Festival will present a special concert event in Atlantic City on June 14, which will kick off not only the festival but also expanded year round community based programming in Atlantic City aimed at making a difference for all residents.

North to Shore Community Arts Awards Program

The North to Shore Community Arts Awards program will again be offered this year, giving New Jersey artists an opportunity to perform for festival crowds and funding to create unique and exciting events — both supporting the creative economy of each city, and giving a platform to under-recognized artists and arts organizations.

Community Arts Events Awards of up to $10,000 will be awarded to artists, producers, small businesses and nonprofit organizations based in each festival city, to self-produce performing and visual arts events during the festival. For the first time, awards will also be offered to artists interested in performing as openers for headlining acts to perform on outdoor stages or in clubs during the festival in each city.

Awardees will be chosen by a committee of local arts and culture leaders from each city, who are familiar with the spirit and range of the local arts ecosystem. Approximately 14 awards will be awarded in each city. The application deadline for all awards is Sunday, January 5 at 11:59PM.
