Showcase Stage and Artist Village – Atlantic City

06/22/24 @ 11am and 06/23/24 @ 11am

Orange Loop Festival Grounds on New York Avenue between Pacific Ave + Boardwalk, Atlantic City

Discover for yourself what the locals already know – Atlantic City’s arts and culinary scene is simply phenomenal (and not in the casinos)! Just ONE block from the world-famous Atlantic City beach and boardwalk, the Showcase Stage and Artist Village will offer festival-goers a sampler of authentic Atlantic City sounds, food, drink, and artisans over two days at the Orange Loop Festival Grounds, in the heart of the city’s hipppest neighborhood.

Check out amazing local artists that call Atlantic City and/or NJ home performing a wide range of genres including soul, R&B, funk, punk, jazz, hip hop, pop, rock, comedy, spoken word, dance and country music providing a continuous series of FREE performances by some of the city’s most-loved artists.

Half of the featured Showcase Stage artists were selected through a competitive application process for a chance to represent the city in this free, public performance created for the Prudential presents North to Shore Festival, by the festival’s Atlantic City committee made up of arts and culture leaders.

Hosted by celebrated comedian Michelle Tomko and radio DJ/Atlantic City hype-man, AC Mike Lopez, the event boasts performances from AC legend, Angela Burton and Passion, the recent The Voice contestant from Galloway, Mara Justine, Jersey Shore alt-rockers The Break Plans, funk-soul duo Open for Business, groovy R&B and jazz group The Cason Express Show Band, Chicken Bone Beach Historical Foundation: Children’s Choir of Southern NJ, pop punksters Jersey Calling, R&B fusion artist Lem Turner, spoken-word poet Paige Washington, ‘70s – ‘00s jammers Village Bridge, rising singer-songwriter, Jake Thistle, and a talented contingent of dance students from Stockton University. DJs Aiden Scott, Patrice McBride, Rashaun and Vito G will be spinning in between sets to keep the energy high throughout the day.

This festival-within-a-festival offers much more than just awesome music. While enjoying the performances, visitors can stroll through the Artist Village and discover the works of over 30 local artisans and a curated selection of Atlantic City food trucks and beverage purveyors, and, of course, lots of giveaways!

And for the youngsters, there will be a ton of fun hands-on activities for children, including a painting wall (that kids can decorate with paint on brushes, loaded into water guns, or their hands) and a decorate-your-own-cupcake station. On Sunday June 23rd only, visitors can be wowed by New Jersey’s immersive WOW Experience mobile activation compliments of New Jersey Travel and Tourism. Get a glimpse of the exceptional and diverse talent that permeates this lively seaside city for yourself!
