Daille Kettrell (pianist, vocalist, songwriter, educator, producer), a Camden, NJ native, has been performing professionally for over two decades, including work as a keyboardist with the late vibraphonist legend Lionel Hampton and flutist Bobbi Humphrey, She worked in bands that opened for Patti LaBelle, George Benson and Alex Bugnon. As music director, she led her bands, Rites of Passage and Khamelion throughout the NY/NJ area, and was welcomed at the Priory Restaurant in Newark, NJ to full-house crowds on a regular basis. As a composer, she received an honorable mention for her composition,The Next Plateau in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Her music skills have allowed her to travel across the nation with various artists, and she plans to take that to the international level. Daille is known for her versatility and has the ability to compose various styles of music equally well. Her piano stylings and sultry alto voice can be heard in area venues performing pretty much every genre from jazz to pop. In addition to her first recorded album, The Rite Time, The Rite Moment, Daille’s new indie release single, “For All” is available on various music platforms including Spotify and iTunes. She wants to leave a legacy for youth and underrepresented people through education and history not only to learn about music, but life skills and values that will allow them to build their own success. Singer, songwriter, entertainer and Dallas, TX native Shianne Ladale is one of the most charismatic and soulful singers on the scene. After graduating from high school, she toured with several bands throughout the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. She began her music career as a professional country artist and recorded her first project at Sam Phillips Recording Studio in Memphis, TN. Her love of country music and influence of country legends like Patsy Cline, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis and Charlie Pride have inspired Shianne to use her incredible gift to touch the hearts and lives of many people. Her country single, “Slow Talking Man” has received rave reviews on the international market in Germany, France, Japan, Sweden and other countries. An artist with versatility, she has shared the stage with national recording artists Johnnie Taylor and Betty Wright. In addition, she sang with smooth jazz recording artist Michael Walker and has traveled throughout Texas, Nashville, the California Bay Area, West Virginia and Florida. Shianne is the founder and former lead vocalist of the band Pristine Raeign, based in Wilmington, DE in 2013. She brought the band to new heights with her catchy, witty songs, as well as her gift for enthralling audiences that gave PR its creative and engaging edge making it one of the most sought-after groups in the tri-state area of Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her band even traveled to engagements in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts—as far north as New Brunswick, Canada and as far south as Nashville. The band has opened for top acts such as guitar legend George Benson. She departed from Pristine Raeign to strike out a new career and has reinvented herself as Shantell. She has penned and released two new singles, “Lies” and “Doin’ It,” which are played on the platform, ReverbNation, and she has been one of their Top 5 Artists in the singer/songwriter genre ever since she joined as a member. “Lies” also streams on Spotify, Apple Music and other media outlets. Daille was a core member and keyboardist with the female-fronted band, Pristine Raeign since 2014. Partnered with Shianne, Daille was instrumental in helping this group become successful. She was a co-writer of some of their best original material—Shianne would come up with the lyrics and melody, and Daille would come up with the accompanying music. Pristine Raeign thrived with the pair until the pandemic in 2020 forced them to take a new path. After the music business picked up again, they newly branded themselves as Open4Business. This new project continued where Pristine Raeign left off and built a strong reputation and presence in South Jersey. Shianne’s energetic flair, potent ebullient vocals and taste for fashion keeps the audience engaged, while Daille’s keys brew the fire and pulse in the music. They carry this loving spirit wherever they travel. In Atlantic City, both of these artists have worked with the Mary Cross 2NspireU band in dynamic performances at Kelsey’s Soul Food Restaurant and the 2023 Chicken Bone Beach Jazz Festival opening for multi-Grammy Award-winning violinist Regina Carter. Open4Business holds the torch of funk, soul, and even country music and the audience loves every minute of it. Open4Business’ mission is to empower all women, including women of the LGBTQ+ community. They are empathetic to the needs of people who need faith and hope. Since both women have worked in the school system, they know that education and values are important for young people, so they use their music as a platform to bring about positive, motivational and inspirational change.
