Today I Feel…Well is an immersive wellness experience designed to help you slow down, tune in and reconnect with yourself, with your creativity and with your community. Set in the Urban League Community Garden, Today I Feel…Well brings together some of Newark’s most thoughtful local collaborators for an event that nourishes every part of you.

From the moment you arrive, the intention is set. Welcome juices, infused water and soft acoustic music ease you in before a guided yoga and breathwork session helps you get grounded. From there, the evening unfolds into a knowledge circle, interactive wellness talks, group reflection, journaling and art stations, optional mini healing sessions (Reiki, massage and more) and an open mic featuring live music, poetry and shared reflection. The night closes the way it should: with gratitude and a house music experience that feels like coming home.

Every collaborator is a Newark local. Every element was chosen with care. And every ticket level—from $5 general admission to the $50 Ultimate Wellness Experience—comes with something to take with you, whether that’s a moment of stillness, a wellness bundle or exclusive merch (or all of the above).
