What happens when gospel music meets bingo night? You get Praise & Pray: A Gospel Bingo Experience! — and it’s exactly as joyful as it sounds.

Presented by The Frierson Foundation and the North to Shore Festival, this event is built around good music, good people and a whole lot of fun. Expect uplifting gospel sounds, the thrill of bingo, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, light refreshments and dinners available for purchase.

Whether you come to win or just to be in the room, you’ll leave glad you showed up, because there’s more at stake than a great night out. Praise & Pray Bingo is a fundraiser for The Frierson Foundation’s ongoing mission to bring arts education to Newark students. Proceeds go toward music theory, vocal training, drama, dance, sight reading and instrument instruction for young people in Newark’s elementary, middle and high schools — students whose gifts deserve a real stage and real support.
