Before you had a title and business card, you had a paintbrush. A journal. A song you made up just because. An identity that didn’t rely on a job. Here is your chance to get back to that person.

Before the Title: An Interactive Art Experience is a free hybrid interactive art experience exploring creativity, memory and identity through community storytelling and AI-assisted visual art. It’s designed for working adults who lost their creative side to the grind and want to reclaim that creative spark.

The event starts by attendees responding to one central question — Who were you before you got saddled with a title? Guests scan a QR code and submit their response via a word, phrase, memory, sound, feeling or creative prompt through a custom digital interface. The response is then transformed into a unique, downloadable AI-assisted artwork tied to the event’s theme. At the end of the event, selected submissions will be woven into a short film shaped by the creations shared by each attendee. Each attendee will also receive a downloadable piece of artwork they helped create.

This is not a gallery opening. It is not a workshop where someone grades your technique. There is no audience. Everyone in the room is a participant.
This event is free, open to all adults, and requires no prior art experience. Just a willingness to play and rekindle your imagination. You can even take part from the comfort of your own home via online participation.

While the in-person event ends at noon, online participation remains open throughout the day.
