Mayor Small will officially welcome the 2nd Annual North to Shore Festival to town with a picturesque ‘White Party’ at the $100-million-dollar Island Waterpark at Showboat Resort. Guests will be enamored by this stunning facility – the largest indoor beachfront waterpark in the world – as they party the night away and kick off the Festival in style.
